摘要
目的提出了一种基于非线性参数的心血管亚健康状况评测方法,通过对心血管系统功能的定量评测,对人体亚健康状态进行有效评估,以便及早进行预防和防治。方法利用运动实验提取动态心电信号,从运动心率变异信号中提取5组非线性参数,采用两类判别的方法对两组典型人群进行判别分类。在此基础上建立一个百分制评分体系,并根据健康状况对得分区间划分等级。结果对60位中老年高血压患者和60位年轻健康者两组人群进行了运动实验,从运动心率变异信号中提取了9个有效非线性参数组成判别公式,分类准确率为85.8%。在此基础上建立了百分制评分体系,并划分了4个等级。对3组健康状况不同的人群进行了打分,分数可如实反映测试者的健康状况。结论对不同人群的健康状况进行定量评测的结果与实际情况相符合,说明所提出的方法可以对测试者的心血管健康状况进行有效评测。
Objective The purpose is to study the method to assess sub-health status of cardiovascular system quantitatively in order to guide prevention and protection. Methods Exercise heart rate variability (EHRV) was obtained from the primary dynamic ECG recorded in exercise testing. Five groups of non-linear parameters were extracted from EHRV. Discriminant analysis was used to classify two extreme groups. Based on the discriminant formula, a scoring formula was finally proposed. Results Exercise testing were performed on 60 hypertensives and 60 young healthy subjects. Nine effective non-linear parameters were used in discriminant analysis and the classification rate was 85.8%. A scoring formula was established and four ranks were divided according to dif- ferent score domains. To validate the scoring method proposed in this work, 60 hypertensives, 50 elder subjects and 110 young healthy subjects were scored. Their health status could be reflected by the scores. Conclusion The proposed method could effectively assess the subject's cardiovascular system function status.
