摘要
本文首先对公海渔业制度的发展过程作了简单的回顾,然后具体介绍了现行公海渔业制度的主要内容,并对其存在的一些问题作了简要分析,最后对公海渔业制度的发展趋势和我国为适应公海渔业制度应采取的对策作了深入的探讨。
The paper gives a simple review on the development process of the fishery management of the high seas, then introduces its main contents and briefly analyzes some existed problems, finally discusses the development trend of the fishery system of the high seas, and give some suggestions for our country in order to adapt it.
