摘要
分别以苯甲酸、4-氯苯甲酸为原料,经过酯化、再与水合肼反应、对4-甲基苯磺酰异氰酸酯进行亲核加成等反应,设计合成了两种苯磺酰脲衍生物,通过1HNMR表征确定其结构。初步试验表明:化合物2在浓度为5mg/L时对双子叶型植物具有较好的除草效果,但对单子叶植物几乎无抑制作用。
Two kinds of phenylsulfonylurea derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR. The result shows that compound 2 has good activity inhibiting two cotyledon weeds at 5 mg/L, and almost has no activity against the monocotyledon weeds.
