摘要
作者介绍一种先进的胎儿心电监护系统,对传统的胎儿心电监护系统作了改进和提高。该系统在胎儿心电的提取与处理方法上,解决了单纯用匹配滤波法难以提取到微弱的胎儿心电信号的问题。在系统的硬件方面,优化了信号放大器,重新设计和组建一套以486PC机为核心的胎儿监护系统。在软件上,采用了基于Windows平台,BorlandC++的面向对象的软件编程。
Presented here is a new advanced fetal ECG and heart rate monitoring system. A lot of improvement has been made to resolve the problem with traditional instruments, for which it is difficult to extract faint FECG.In respect of fetal ECG signal extraction and processing,the new system solved the problem in detecting faint FFCG, which are difficult to obtain with matched filtering method. In respect of system hardware,the isolated amplifier is optimized and a new fetal monitoring system based on 486PC was designed and set up. In respect of software, this system was developed with Borland C+ + 4.0 program language,and Microsoft Windows as the platforms.
