摘要
介绍了在塑件设计初期利用Hypermesh进行有限元网格前处理,再利用数值模拟技术对塑件的成型进行了预测。通过对填充结果的分析比较,优化了塑件局部特征及其成型工艺参数,再进行注射模的设计、制造及塑件的生产,大大缩短了塑件的开发周期,降低了生产成本。
A plastic part was pre-treated with Hypermesh finite element grid method at the preliminary stage of design. The local characteristic of the part and technological parameters of the forming were optimized through analysis and comparison of filling results; then the optimization design for the injection mould was carded out.
