分析了铁路集装箱管理中存在的台账统计准确性差,门到门管理和追踪管理混乱,以及集装箱破损严重等问题,提出建立集装箱车站管理系统、分界口监控程序、收费制度和集装箱交接检修制度,以及完善信息采集和集装箱追踪管理系统的建议。
The essay analyzes the problems existing in railway container management, such as confusion of account statistics, door-to-door management and tracing management and serious container breakage. The essay also puts forward following suggestions: establish management system of container stations, interface supervision program between stations, pricing system and container hand-over maintenance system; and perfect the information collection and container tracing management system.
