摘要
小型旋转驱动器是工业生产和科学研究领域广泛应用的一种驱动器,通常应用微型电机实现,但该装置不能适应于易燃易爆、防磁和潮湿的场合。针对这一特殊的使用环境,笔者在分析动力式气动马达工作原理的基础上,研制出了气动径流式小型旋转驱动器。本文介绍了其工作原理和主要结构组成,分析了旋转驱动器的喷嘴流量特性和叶轮受力情况;同时,根据旋转驱动器自身的特点,设计了一套动态小扭矩测量装置,对其输出机械特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,气动径流式小型旋转驱动器启动性能良好,转速高,输出转矩与转速具有良好的线性关系,能适应防磁防爆和潮湿的工作环境。
Mini - rotating driver is widely applied in industrial and scientific research fields. The micro - DC - motor is the normal driver. However it is not adaptive in conditions where are combustible, explosive or antimagnetic. Based on the principle of air motor, a mini air - rotating driver of radial - flow type was developed, The principle and structure of the air - rotating driver was introduced. The discharge characteristic of the nozzle and mechanical characteristic of the mini - air - motor were analyzed. A measure instrument was designed to study the mechanical characteristic of the mini air - rotating driver. The experimental results show that the mechanical characteristic of the mini air - rotating driver is perfect and its torque has good linear relation with rotational speed. It is very suitably to be used in the combustible, explosive or antimagnetic conditions.
