摘要
通过对模具设计制造过程及其特点的分析,将网格技术引入模具行业,研究基于网格技术的模具异地分布式设计制造的协同原理,提出一种由分布式资源、网格中间件和应用层组成的模具协同设计制造系统的体系结构,探讨一种新的模具设计制造模式以及实施技术。初步运行实例表明,基于网格技术的模具协同设计制造模式对于提高设备资源及其计算能力的利用效率,加快模具开发进程有重要作用。
The processes and characteristics of mold design and manufacturing were analyzed, the theory of mold cooperative design and manufacturing based on grid technology was studied. A compositive infrastructure of distributing resources, grid middleware and application layer was put forward. A new mode and its implemention of mold design and manufacturing were discussed. An example shows that the new mode will play an important role on increasing efficiency of computation and design and manufacturing facilities, and quickening process of mold development.
