摘要
幽门螺杆菌感染是全世界最常见的慢性感染。幽门螺杆菌的致病机制尚未明确,近年其毒力因子成为人们研究的热点。本文旨在对幽门螺杆菌毒力基因的特征及其与临床疾病的相关性作一综述。
Helicobacter pylori （ H. pylori） infection is a common chronic infected disease in all over the world. The pathogenic mechanisms of Helicobacter pylori remains unclear. In recent years, virulent factors in H. pylori are increasingly studying hotspot. The aim of article was to review the characteristics of virulent genes in H. pylorl and any correlation between H. pylori - associated gastrointestinal diseases and H. pylori virulence genes.
