摘要 人类基因组及无数病原体的测序为蛋白组学的研究打开大门,为开发应用蛋白组学提供基因序列编码框架,从而使更多的兴趣集中于应用蛋白组学研究疾病的进程、发现新的早期诊断和早期监测的生物标志物、加速药物研究的发展。
