摘要
分析了我国制造业信息化建设的现状和存在的主要问题,指出基础数据的质量已经成为制约我国制造业信息化建设的瓶颈。提出了一个计算机辅助工作研究系统(CAWS)的总体结构模型,包括层次结构模型、功能结构模型及其与PDM、ERP、CAD、CAPP等系统的集成关系模型,分析论述了各个模型的内容、研究思路和开发方法。研究结果为企业采用科学的作业流程、方法和制定可靠的时间标准、工时定额提供辅助决策的技术平台。
The paper analyzed the present situation and the problems existed in the construction of informationization in China's manufacturing industries, pointed out that the poor quality of the basic data became the bottleneck of the construction of informationization in the manufacturing industries. It proposed the general structural model of a conceived computer aided work-study system (CAWS), including its layer structural model, functional structural model as well as the relationship model integrated with PDM, ERP,CAD and CAPP,analyzed the contents, route of research thoughts and the development methods of the above models. A technological platform is provided for enterprises to assist their decision making in applying scientific methods and formulating reasonable business flow and reliable time standards.
