摘要
对于不可修系统,一般使用不同系统模型间可靠性特征的等效因子进行比较。目前所有文献研究的都是部件寿命服从指数分布时的情况,本文将等效因子的概念推广到常见的伽玛分布。主要讨论了可靠性等效因子的问题,给出了当部件寿命分布服从伽玛分布时,n个独立同分布部件串联系统的可靠性等效因子,仅以生存函数作为参考指标,主要给出了串联系统模型,并且给出原系统分别采用降低法、热储备法和冷储备法及改进系统的可靠性。
In reliability analysis, sometimes different system designs should be compared based on a reliability characteristic such as the reliability function or mean time to failure in case of no repairs. All papers present are about components of exponential distribution.More life distributions, Gamma distribution,and reliability characteristic are discused in this paper.The reliability equivalence factors of a series system with n independent and identical components are obtained,only the life distribution as reference target.The series system and the survival functions of the original and improved systems are available.
