摘要
进行了不同含硫量煤制备脱硫型水煤浆燃烧固硫的试验研究。结果表明:在相同Ca/S值下,水煤浆燃烧固硫率比煤粉高9%左右,Ca(OH)2的固硫能力比CaCO3高,钙基固硫剂复配的固硫效果比单一使用某一类固硫剂要好.制备脱硫型水煤浆时添加少量固硫助剂可以提高水煤浆的固硫率,碱金属盐用量为固硫剂1%时,固硫率提高6%-9%.Al2O3,Fe2O3和TiO2对水煤浆燃烧固硫有明显的促进和协同作用,水煤浆固硫率提高约11%.
Sulfur-fixing combustion experiments of coal water slurry with different sulfur contents were done and the results show that the sulfur-fixing rate of coal water slurry combustion is 9% higher than that of pulverized coal, sulfur-fixing capability of Ca(OH)2 is higher than CaCO3, formulated fixing agents based on Ca is prior to single component. Sulfur-fixing aids in coal water slurry help to increase the fixing-rate. The rate could be increased to 6% -9% when the mixture contains 1% of alkali metal ions. Al2O3, Fe2O3 and TiO2 could improve sulfur-fixing rate to about 11% for its cooperative affects.
