摘要
房地产是一种特殊的商品,房地产营销是房地产经营中的一个重要的环节。从房地产商品的特点出发并结合目前房地产行业的一些现状和发展趋势,按照营销学中传统的4P理论对房地产的营销策略做了粗略的探讨。
The real estate is a special merchandise, real estate marketing is an importance link in the real estate management. This paper set out from the characteristic of the real estate merchandise, joining together present conditions and developing trend of the current real estate business, according to the tradition 4P theories in marketing, studies roughly the theories and strategy of the real estate's marketing.
