摘要
弹性学制是一种综合性的教学管理制度。在分析学分制类型及产生背景和条件的基础上,提出了建立弹性学制的政策性建议。
Flexible Educational System is a comprehensive system of teaching management. On the basis of analyzing the types, producing background and conditions of the credit system, the article puts forward some advice on establishing the flexible educational system.
