摘要
通过对女大学生选择上瑜伽选修课学习动机的调查与分析,指出了大部分女大学生选上瑜伽的动机是对自己形体美的强烈追求,有助于教师采取相应的手段来激发和调节学生的学习动机,从而获得良好的教学效果。
Through an investigation and analysis of the motivations of college female students' taking Yoga course, the author finds that most of them are motivated by their pursue of graceful figure. Understanding students' learning motivations surely helps the teacher when he or she makes her decision on which teaching method to use, thus helps improve Yoga teaching.
