摘要
“十一五”期间,上海出入境边防检查工作随着上海口岸的建设发展而发生显著的变化,并在促进上海经济社会发展和维护国家安全稳定中发挥越来越重要的作用。做好“十一五”期间上海边检工作,要坚持以树立科学发展观为指导,实现上海口岸出入境边防检查工作与口岸协调发展;要从提升上海城市国际竞争力出发,努力提高上海口岸通关效率;要牢记维护国家安全和社会稳定职责,进一步严密口岸控制防线。
