摘要
目的:研究乌鲁木齐市两所三级甲等医院部分病种住院费用构成及影响因素,为医院对各指标的调控提供可靠的依据。方法:以乌鲁木齐市两所三级甲等医院5个病种的住院病人为研究对象,比较两所医院住院费用情况,对其床位费、药品费、检查费等重要指标和年龄性别等社会经济特征及疾病特征进行分析。结果:年龄、性别对医疗费用的影响比较明显,住院天数和药品费是影响病种住院费用的主要因素。结论:缩短不必要的住院天数和控制药费、合理用药是降低医疗费用的有效途径。
Objectives： To study hospitalization expense of partial diseases in two grade Ⅲ-A general hospital in Urumqi in order to provide a reliable basis for the regulation about each hospital＇s indicator. Methods. To analyse patients of five diseases in two grade In-A general hospitals, comparing hospitalization expense between the two hospitals and analyzing important indicators （such as their bed charges, drug charges and inspection fees）, socio-economic characteristics （such as sex and age ）and disease characteristics. Results： Age and sex had a significant influence to the medical expenses and clays of hospitalization and drug costs were the main factors affecting hospitalization fees of disease. Conclusions： Reducing unnecessary clays of hospitalization, controlling drug charges and using drugs rationally are effective ways to reduce medical costs.
