摘要
目的:探讨微创技术在胫骨骨折钢板内固定临床疗效。方法:应用小切口加微创技术治疗46例胫骨骨折。结果:获得有效随访46例,随访6～12个月,优良率89．18％。结论:基层医院在胫骨骨折钢板内固定治疗中,小切口加微创技术是一种较理想成熟的技术。
Objective ：aim to explore Microstart technology clinical efficacy in treating the tibia bone with insidefixed steel .Methods：small incision technology to treat 46 cases of tibia fracture.Effect ：follow-up of 46 cases as long as 6-12months ,it shows that 89.18% are fine.Results： Inside-fixed steel treatment for Tibia fractures ih the primary .Conclusions：hospital ,the small incision and Microstart technology is a mature technology .
