摘要
建立了反相高效液相色谱法同时测定动物营养液中四种B族维生素的方法。采用AichromBond-AQC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇-缓冲盐溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)三波长下测定。回收率的范围81.6%～101.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围0.92%～1.96%。
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of vitamins B in nutrient solution for animals was developed. An AichromBond-AQ C18 column （4.6 mm×250mm,5μm） was selected as separation. The mobile phase was methanol / potassium dihydrogcn phosphate buffer. The detector was HPLC-diodc-array detector. The detection wavelengths wcrc at three wavelengths respectively. The results showed that the recoveries and relative standard deviation of vitamins were 81.6%-101.5% and 0.92%-1.96% respectively.
