摘要
钻井液活度的高低影响钻井液抑制性的强弱。电子湿度计可以直接测量溶液上部密闭空间的相对湿度,而不能直接测量溶液的活度。研制了一种测量钻井液活度的电子湿度计。用已知活度的CaCl2和NaCl饱和溶液及蒸馏水标定研制的电子湿度计,建立相对湿度与活度之间的关系式。用此仪器测得Ca(NO3)2和(NH4)2SO4饱和溶液的相对湿度,用相对湿度与活度之间的关系式求出两无机盐溶液的活度,与文献测定的2种无机盐活度进行对比,误差在5%以内。
The altitude of drilling fluid activity would influence its inhibition. An electronic hygrometer can be used to directly measure the relative humidity over the solution placed in hermetic room without direct measurement of its activity. An electronic hygrometer for measuring drilling fluid activity is developed. The hygrometer is calibrated by using the solution and destilled water saturated with CaCl_2 and NaCl. Correlation between the relative humidity and activity is established. The hygrometer is deployed to measure the relative humidity of the solution saturated with Ca(NO_3) _2and (NH_4)_2SO_4, the correlation is used derive the activity of inorganic salt, and it is compared with 2 inorganic salt activities stated, the error is within 5%.
