摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,要完成这一历史任务,必须充分认识到,农民是新农村建设的主体。要切实解决忽视农民主体地位和利益的问题,重视、尊重和充分发挥农民建设社会主义新农村的主体作用,坚持以人为本,大力提高农民的综合素质,把培育新型农民贯穿于整个社会主义新农村建设的始终。
Building socialistic new countryside is great historic mission in the process of our country＇s modernization , if accomplish it, must adequately recognize that farmers are the main body of new countryside construction, realistically resolve the problem that ignoring farmers main body positions and advantages, highly value, respect and adequately exert the main body function of farmers build socialistic new countryside. So must keep the principle of the people foremost, forcefully raise farmers＇s synthetic qualities, and maintain cultivating new-type farmers throughout the socialistic new countryside construction.
