摘要
功能性食管病（functional esophageal disorders）是以慢性食管疾病症状（烧心、胸痛、吞咽困难和癔球症）为典型表现的一类食管疾病，这些症状无法以明确的结构异常、伴有组织病理学异常的食管动力障碍或胃食管反流病（GERD）加以解释。功能性食管病的发病率逐渐增高。但各国对其诊断标准和治疗措施仍存在不同意见。为进一步提高该病的诊断和治疗水平，罗马Ⅲ工作小组对罗马Ⅱ中功能性食管病的诊治标准作了修订。
