摘要
后发优势发生逆转,制度性因素是极为重要的成因。制度性因素主要由不发达国家自身制度和国际经济制度构成。因此,改革国内制度和改革国际经济制度,是不发达国家实现后发优势的重要条件。
System factor is the most important internal reason of the reverse of the late development advantage. System factor is mainly composed of social system of undeveloped countries and the international economic system. Therefore, The reform of domestic social system of undeveloped countries and international economic system is the important condition of achieving the late development advantage.
