摘要
以二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇为原料,利用二异氰酸酯和聚乙二醇在封端剂的存在下合成了一种水性聚氨酯;探讨了影响预聚反应和封端反应的因素.研究表明,在促进剂存在下,以亚硫酸氢钠为封端剂反应可制得水溶性聚氨酯.
A kind of waterborn polyurethane was synthesized by the reaction of disocyanate with polyethylene glycol at the presence of end capping reagent, the factors that affect the blocking reaction and prepolymerization reaction were investigated. Waterborn polyurethan can be synthesized at the presence of end capping reagent by taking sodium bisulfate as the accelerating a- gent.
