摘要
本文分析了晶体管温度传感器的非线性大小,它不但与工作点的选择有关,还与晶体管的工艺参数和结构有关。本文提出了提高互换性的途径。测试结果表明:在0~100℃温区内,最小非线性误差为0.2℃,互换性误差最大为5℃。
This paper analyzes the amount of nonlinear source of transistor tem- perature sensor,it is not only relating to the choice of operative current, but also the structure and process parameter of transistor.The present paper suggests a method of improving the change ability.The test result points out that route from 0℃ to 100℃ the nonlinear minimum error is 0.2℃,and maximum changeability error is 5℃.
