摘要
从大学生普遍关注的问题入手,分析当前大学生法律意识的特点,探讨大学生法律意识现状及形成的原因,提出以“法律基础”课教学为龙头,以高校“依法治校”的外部环境和大学生自觉遵纪守法这对内外因的相互关系、相互作用的辨证统一为推动力量来提高大学生的法律意识,培养出学法、知法、守法、用法的合格大学生,推进社会主义荣辱观建设。
Based on the problems of commonly concerned by the college students,and the analysis in their law consciousness,this paper probes into the present conditions of the students＇law consciousness, and proposes the idea of ＂basic laws＂classes as a foundation, ＂governing universities with law＂,as a principle,improving their law consciousness as a driving force in the cultivation of qualified university students who learn the laws,know the laws,observe the laws and apply the laws,so as to promote the socialist gloria shame notions.
