摘要
目的探讨对护士进行疼痛知识培训的效果。方法对71名护士进行疼痛知识培训,比较学习前后护士对疼痛处理态度、疼痛知识掌握情况及疼痛处理实践能力。结果通过学习,护士对疼痛处理态度和疼痛知识的掌握情况及合格率较学习前提高94.4%;健康教育合格率较学习前提高60.0%,疼痛护理记录内容合格率较学习前提高50.0%。结论学习疼痛知识是转变护士疼痛处理态度、提高疼痛处理实践能力的有效措施,应经常进行疼痛知识培训。
Objective To evaluate the effect of training about pain management among nursing staff. Method 71 nurses received a training about pain management. Then, nurses' attitude to pain management, mastery of pain related knowledge and pain management practice were compared before and after the training. Results After the training, nurses' attitude to pain management and mastery of pain related knowledge were improved by 94.4%. The qualification rate of health education and pain management records were increased by 60.0% and 50.0% respectively. Conclusion The training of pain management is an effective means to change nurses' attitude to pain management and improve their ability of pain management.
