摘要
论述了随着企业内外部环境的变化,现有基层管理模式已不适应企业的进一步发展。通过对基层管理的理论探讨并结合具体事例,提出了促进企业有效发展的基层管理新模式的思路。
The article expounds on that, following the change of enterprises' internal and external environment , the existing mode of grass-roots management hasn' t been suited to the further development of enterprises. By theoretically probing into grass-roots management and combining with concrete examples, it also puts forward the thinking of new grass-roots management mode to promote enterprises' effective development.
