摘要
目的探求好的手术方式以降低胬肉术后的复发率。方法对306例349眼采用单纯胬肉切除术(156眼),新鲜羊膜移植术(102眼),自体角膜缘干细胞移植术(91眼)治疗,随访6月至5年,比较其复发率。结果术后复发率:单纯胬肉切除术为28.20%,新鲜羊膜移植术为3.92%,自体角膜缘干细胞移植术为3.29%。结论新鲜羊膜移植术和自体角膜缘干细胞移植术明显降低了胬肉的复发率,是两种较好的治疗胬肉的手术方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore an ideal method of surgery to reduce recurrence rate of pterygium surgery. Methods 306 patients （349 eyes） were divided into three groups. The first group （ 156 eyes） was treated with pterygium excision. The second group （ 102 eyes） was treated with excision of pterygium and fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. The third group （91 eyes） was treated with limbal stem cells auto graft transplantation. All patients had been following up for 6 - 60 months, then compared the recurrence rote. Results The first group recurrence rate was 28.20%, the second group was 3.92%, the third group was 3.29%. Conclusion The pterygium recurrence rate was reduced with limbal stencils auto graft transplantation, and fresh amniotic membrane transplantation. The methods of pterygium surgery is worth spreading.
