摘要
依据高温含尘气体净化环境对孔梯度陶瓷膜的要求,进行了陶瓷纤维复合膜材料的物系设计,确定孔梯度陶瓷膜材料的构成体系;同时根据陶瓷膜的分离机理和分离特性,对孔梯度陶瓷膜的孔梯度结构进行设计。最后对所设计的体系和孔梯度结构进行了工艺实现。
Based on the requirements of high temperature dust gas for the porous gradient ceramic membrane, the material design of the fiber composite membrane was conducted and its constitution was determined. The structure of the membrane was then designed according to the separation mechanism and precision. The porous gradient ceramic membrane was developed successfully at last.
