摘要
目的探讨输尿管囊肿经尿道腔镜下囊肿内切开手术治疗经验。方法回顾性总结16例输尿管囊肿经尿道输尿管镜囊肿内切开手术的临床资料。结果16例均经IVU、超声、膀胱镜检查确诊。手术均成功。术后随访5～84个月,肾积水减轻,临床症状消失,无膀胱输尿管反流发生。结论输尿管囊肿经尿道腔镜下囊肿内切开治疗是一种简单有效微创的治疗方法,缩短手术及住院时间。
[Objective] To probe the therapic experience of transurethral lithotripsy endoscopic incision of ureteroceles. [Methods] A total clinical documents of 16 cases ureteroeeles treated with transurethral lithotripsy endoscopic incision were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] All the eases were diagnosed eonfirrnly by IVU, ultrasonography and endoscopy and the opertation were performed successfully. All the patients＇have been followed up 5～84 months then the hydronephrosis relieved, clinic symptom disappeared and no vesicoureteral reflux happened. [Conclusion] Transurethral lithotripsy endoscopic incision of ureetereceles was a simple and effective minimally invasive method and could shorten the operation and hospital time.
