摘要 简述了国外热回收炼焦技术的进展,重点介绍了我国热回收炼焦技术的开发和应用情况。其中,我国自主开发设计、具有自主知识产权的QRD清洁型热回收捣固炼焦技术,首次采用独特的炉体结构和液压捣固技术,具有清洁生产、保护环境、炭化室大型化等特点,取得了较好的环境和经济、社会效益。 This article introduces the development of heat-recovery coking technology overseas, while laying stresses on its development and application in China. The clean-type stamp charged coking technology with heat recovery designed in China with independent intellectual property fight is internationally unique in the oven structure and the hydraulic stamping facility, which enjoys the advantages of clean production, environmental protection, enlarged carbonization chamber, etc. Hence, it has gained satisfactory ecological, economical and social benefit.
