网状生物转盘处理污水试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 针对普通生物转盘启动慢、生物量小、有机负荷低等缺点,采用新型网状生物转盘处理污水,其特点是在盘片上黏贴具有较大比表面积的特殊网状材料.结果表明,网状生物转盘具有启动快、生物量大和有机负荷高等优点,可适用于中等质量浓度的污水处理.试验中转盘的COD负荷从104.12 g/(m2.d)增加到182.20 g/(m2.d)时,对有机物的处理效果仍可达到80%以上,试验也得出了生物转盘对氨氮去除的规律. In order to solve the problem of slow startup, low biomass and organic loading in convention rotating biological contactor ( RBC), a new three - stage netlike RBC to treat wastewater is employed. Its characteristic is the peculiar netlike materials pasted to plates. Study showed that netlike RBC had advantages of fast startup,high biomass and organic loading. It could be employed to treat middle strength wastewater. The organic loading of this study raised from 104. 12 g/( m^2 · d) to about 182. 20 g/( m^2 · d), and the overall removal is more than 80%. At the same time a law of NH3 - N removal in RBC was also obtained.
