摘要
我国目前在1∶10000以下小比例尺地形测量中主要采用航测手段,随着GPS(Global PositimingSystem)技术的发展,在航测调绘中GPS及GPS-RTK技术越来越发挥着其不可比拟的作用。本文以新疆和静1∶10000基础测绘项目为例,介绍GPS技术在航测外业控制网测布中所发挥的较大作用。该项目中,利用GPS与国家一等已知点联测建立了整个测区的首级控制网,在首级控制网的基础上再进行次级、再次级控制,加密控制点,建立局部控制网。同时,利用GPS进行像控点的刺判、航片调绘中特殊地区的补测。
Aerial photography method is mainly adopted in topographic surveying of littlescale less than 1 : 10000 in current China. Due to the development of GPS, GPS and RTK GPS has a great impact on the filed of aerophotography., In this paper, the 1 : 10000 basic surveying program of Hejing in Xinjiang is carried to explain the issue. During this aerophotographical project, GPS is used to establish the top-grade control network of the whole survey area by connection survey with the national first-grade points whose coordinates are known. Then sub-grade control and pass points are carried through the top -grade network, and local control network can be established. In addition, GPS is used in the aerial photograph annotation to have the point-sticking, interpretation, and the compensate surveying of special area.
