摘要
文章以心理学家马斯洛的需求层次理论为基本依据,提出公众信息需求的形成模型,进而对信息需求满足的模式进行了描述。最后,文章以新浪网的信息服务战略和特点为例进行了实证分析。
Based on Maslow's Need-hierarchy Theory, the paper puts forward a model about how the public's demand for information is formed, and then describes the model on how to meet the public's demand for information. Finally, the paper also makes sample analysis, taking the information service tactics and characteristics on sina websites for examples.
