摘要
在对南方电网中多个大型电厂、变电站、调度中心等时间同步系统建设现状的详细调研基础上,总结了电力自动化应用系统对时间精度的要求,以及主要采用的时间同步技术、对时方式、对时过程,建设程度等,并分析了现有厂站时间同步系统建设中存在的一些问题,阐述了站内时间同步系统组成和各组成部分的性能要求及统一的对时方式,提出了在覆盖全地区/省电网的时间同步网还未建成的情况下,目前首要重任是建设好时间同步网的子系统———电网中各个电厂(站)的时间同步系统。以变电站时间同步系统的建设为例,提出了几种可行的站内时间同步系统的建设方案。
Based on the detailed investigation on the construction of time-synchronization system in several large power plants, transformer substations, dispatching and control centers in China Southern Power Grid, this paper summarizes the demand of power automation system for time accuracy as well as the key technologies, timing mode, timing processes and the construction degree etc. It analyzes the existing problems during the construction of time-synchronization system and explains the system configuration, performance and unified timing mode. It is brought forward the idea that a sub-time-synchronization network in each power plant or substation should be built before the provincial time-synchronization network is constructed. Some construction plans of the time-synchronization system in power substations are also put forward by the paper.
