摘要
目的观察放射治疗对侵袭性骨母细胞瘤的疗效。方法复习2例侵袭性骨母细胞瘤患者的临床资料,2例均采用6MVX射线放疗。其中1例为原发肿瘤,采用单纯放射治疗,予以DT50Gy/25f/32d;另1例为术后放疗后不同部位出现同一性质的病变,亦采用单纯放射治疗,予以DT40Gy/20f/28d。放射治疗结束后,随访1年以上观察疗效。结果2例患者的视神经压迫症状、眼球突出以及出血等症状显著缓解。结论放射治疗对侵袭性骨母细胞瘤效果显著。
Objective To assess the efficacy of the radiotherapy in treatment of the invasive osteo- blastoma. Methods Two cases of the invasive osteoblastoma were reviewed. One patient with primary tumor received a total dose（DT） of 50 Gy/25 f/32 d, and the other one with postoperative and postradiotherapy lesion was given a total dose of 40 Gy/20 f/28 d to the mestastasis area. The two patitents were followed up for more than one year after the end of radiation therapy to assess the efficacy of the radiotherapy. R^ults The symptoms such as the compression of optic nerve, protrusion of eyeballs and bleeding etc. were significantly relieved. Conclusions The efficacy of the radiotherapy in treating the invasive osteoblastoma was excellent.
