摘要
对燃煤火焰辐射光强度信号进行频谱分析,可以有效识别锅炉燃烧状态的稳定与否。但从电厂获取的实时火检数据采样频率低,很难满足香农定理的要求。以某电厂的SIS(监控信息系统)中的历史数据库作为分析平台,提出了利用Kolmogorov复杂性测度定量分析火焰强度信号的波动程度。首先对炉膛压力信号进行必要的预处理,然后分析了8种典型燃烧工况下的炉膛压力信号复杂性。结果显示正常燃烧工况和不稳定工况的火焰强度信号复杂性有明显的不同,复杂性测度可能作为燃烧稳定性诊断的一个定量指标,值得进一步研究。
Because of the sampling rate of field flame detector is too low to fit Shannon sampling theorem , this paper introduces Kolmogorov complexity index theory and analyzes the stabilization of the flame intensity signals with the help of Supervisory Information System (SIS). Firstly, flame intensity signals are preproeessed. Then complexity of flame intensity signals of eight typical combustion conditions is calculated. The results show that the complexity value of unstable flame intensity signal is smaller than that of the stable flame intensity. Results suggest that the complexity could be regarded, as a quantitative index to evaluate the combustion stability.
