摘要
阐述了基于风险的检验(RBI)的原理以及过程。通过其在中国石化福建炼油化工有限公司的应用,可以认为,基于风险的检验不仅能对管道和设备的风险进行排序,有利于管理,而且在合适的条件下可以延长检验周期,降低生产成本。
Discuss on the principle and process of risk-base inspection (RBI). Through the application on SINOPEC Fujian Petrochemical Co. Ltd. , it is considered that risk-base inspection can not only sort the risk of pipe and equipment that is in favor of management, but also prolong inspection cycle under the appropriate condition, reducing production cost.
