摘要
对某工程中60m跨度重级工作制吊车梁的设计进行介绍。该吊车梁同时作为屋盖结构的托梁,所以更换起来比较困难。吊车梁的最初方案设计为桁架结构,修改后的方案为实腹式工字形截面。从吊车梁的疲劳性能和钢材的利用率角度分析表明,桁架方案存在明显的不足,修改后的方案则比较好地解决了这些问题。
The design of a 60m span and heavy duty crane beam in a structure is introduced, which is also treated as the support to the roof structure, so it is difficult to be replaced. The initial design for the beam is a truss, and final design changes to I-shape solid-wed beam. The analysis of the fatigue performance and the utilization of material shows that the truss design has obvious disadvantages and the final design could well tackle these problems.
