摘要
本文阐述了时代对大学教师提出的新要求和大学教师应具有的五个方面的基本素质,还提出了教师素质提高的五条路径。
This article expounds the new era requirements to the university teachers and the five basic qualities which university teachers must have. Furthermore, this article also gives five practical solutions to raise university teachers ＇ qualities.
