摘要
独立学院是高等教育发展的必然趋势,也是市场经济发展的必然产物,它具有与传统高校不同的教学管理方法和模式,因此在分析独立学院的学生、教师以及教学特点的基础上探讨新的教学管理方法和模式,建立有效的监控体系和优良学风是独立学院面临的首要任务,也是独立学院得以生存和健康发展的保证。
With the development of market economy, the emergence of private college, colleges financially supported by non- governmental factors and academically and administratively supported by famous universities, is a more and more visible trend. Since private college is different from traditional high school in model and method of teaching administration, it becomes essential that private college require a new model of teaching administration and supervision system. This paper analyzes these issues which are fundamental for its operation and development.
