摘要
介绍注射模热流道技术。热流道分为用于单型腔模具的热喷咀元件和用于多型腔或单型腔多点进料的热流道组件,该组件由热流道板和热喷咀构成。在热流道组件设计中应考虑热流道板尺寸、加热元件配置及功率、热流道板的膨胀和绝热及浇口。分析表明,对于INCOEHIB3000、5000系列喷咀,热流道宽100mm,厚50mm,长按离中心最远的喷咀体至流道板边缘保持25mm的距离予以确定,流道直径12.5mm,加热元件可按I、H、X、T和Y型布置,按经验,成型温度190~205℃的树脂,单位体积热流道板所需热量1.8~2.2W/cm3,成型温度205~260℃的树脂取2.3~2.7W/cm3,成型温度260~315℃的树脂取2.8~3.2W/cm3,热电偶测量点与流道距离不大于10mm,通过冰箱蔬菜盒模具改造的效益分析,表明安装热流道系统后,生产冰箱菜合塑料件5万件所取得的经济效益是投入的3.4倍以上。
Hot runner technolgy is descibed in this paper. Hot runner is divided into hot nozzle component for single cavity mould and hot runner component, which conists of hot runner plate and hot nozzle, for multi cavity or single cavity multi feeding. In the desing of hot runner component,the hot runner plate size,disposition of heating component and its power, the expansion, thermal insulation and gate should all be taken into account. An analysis showed for INCOE HIB 3000,5000 nozzles, when the runner is 100mm in width and 50mm in thickness,the length of the runner should be 2.5mm(form the nozzle body, which is farthest away from the center, to the boundary of the runner plate),the heating element could be placed according to I,H,X,T and Y type, As a matter of experience, the quantity of heat for unit volume of the hot runner plate is 1.8~2.2 W/cm 3, 2.3~2.7W/cm 3, and 2.8~3.2W/cm 3 for resins having processing temperature of 190~250℃, 205~260℃, and 260~315℃ respectively. The distance from thermocouple to the point to be measured should not be greater than 10mm. An analysis of the reform of the mould for the vegetable box of refrigerator showed the economical benefit resulted from the reform was more than 3.4 times of the reform cost.
