摘要
山东华能德州电厂４＃机组为哈尔滨锅炉厂制造的３００ＭＷＨＧ１０２５／１８２－Ｍ型锅炉，其过热器和再热器的清洗采用“蒸汽加氧吹扫”新技术，结果令人满意，既省时又减少了吹扫次数，而且在金属内表面形成了牢固的保护膜。
The No.4 boiler of Dezhou power plant is a HG1025/182 M boiler manufactured by Harbin boiler factory. Steam blow containing oxygen was applied to purge the superheater and reheater instead of chemical cleaning. The result showed that this technology was very effective,which not only saved blow time and reduced blowing frequency,but also formed a solid protective film on steel surface.
