摘要
本文阐述了U/F控制变频调速的基本原理,分析了变频调速控制器的典型拓扑,进而对采用隔离方案和共地方案设计的变频调速控制器系统进行了介绍,尤其对采用单电源智能功率模块实现共地系统设计进行了详细的阐述,并给出了两者之间设计上的差异和共地系统具有的成本优势,最后对采用单电源智能功率模块实现共地系统的应用给予了展望。
This article describes the principle of VVVF control, and typical topology of inverter is also analyzed. The controller system adopting electric insulated method is introduced in detail, and the scheme of VVVF controller with one reference ground is also given in this article. The difference of two controller systems are compared and analyzed. Finally, the application of controller system based on single power IPM is discussed.
