摘要
阐述了跨国公司对外经营中政治风险的特征、成因,分析了我国跨国公司对外经营中的政治风险,提出了防范风险的措施。
The paper expounded the characteristics and causes of political risks in the transnational management,especially those against Chinese transnational corporations, and put forward some countermeasures for risks preventing.
