摘要
股票回购在我国证券市场上处于起步阶段,呈现出与发达国家股票回购不同的特点。由于我国证券市场发展水平较低,目前存在着股票回购相关法律、法规不健全、损害流通股东和债权人利益等现实问题,因此必须逐渐完善相关的法律法规、确定合理的股票回购价格,规范股票回购信息批露,使股票回购健康发展。
Chinese buy back stock is different from west countries in stock market. The stock market in china is still in a lower level and existing laws are not perfect enough to protect the benefits of the Current Stockholders and creditors. Therefore, some efforts, such as consummating relevant laws, rationalizing bay back stock pricing and limiting the information of bay back stock, should be put to make progress with buy back stock.
