摘要
本文介绍电子病历的应用现状,分析电子病历需要解决的问题和当前主要的研究发展方向,并归纳出电子病历系统的体系结构,说明实施电子病历对医院信息化建设与发展的至关重要性。
With the development of the computer technology, the network communication technology and the multimedia technology, the electronic medical record formed gradually as a new, vital and strong subject, to integrate the patients＇multimedia information, such as sound, the picture, the image, etc. The electronic medical record promotes the use of the hospital information system . （HIS） and enhances the grade of the service in hospital. This paper introduces the present situation of the application of the electronic medical the research and development direction, induces the system importance to construct and develop the electronic medical record, analyzes the problems needed to be solved as well as structure of the electronic medical record and explaines the record for promoting hospital informationization construetion,
