急性脑梗死患者血小板表达PECAM-1、P选择素的改变及奥扎格雷钠对其影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察急性脑梗死患者血小板表达PECAM-1、P选择素的改变及抗血小板制剂奥扎格雷钠对其表达的影响。方法68例脑梗死患者随机分常规治疗组和奥扎格雷钠治疗组,采用全血流式细胞术检测发病48 h(治疗前)和治疗后7、14 d血小板PECAM-1、P选择素的表达水平,并与30例健康对照组比较。结果脑梗死患者发病48 h血小板表达PECAM-1、P选择素明显增高,奥扎格雷钠组血小板PECAM-1下降较常规治疗组缓慢,P选择素下降较常规组快。结论奥扎格雷钠能促进脑梗死患者血小板P选择素的下降,减缓PECAM-1的下降。 Objective To observe the changes of platelet PECAM-1, P-selectin in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI), and the effect of Sodium Ozagrel on these changes. Methods 68 ACI patients were randomly divided into common therapy group and Ozagrel therapy group, and platelet PECAM-1 ,P-selectin were detected by the whole blood flow cytometry 48 h before treatment and 7, 14 days after therapy, which were contrasted with those of normal controls. Results Platelets PECAM-1 and P-selectin within 48 hours after stroke onset increased significantly, after Ozagrel therapy the levels of PECAM-1 declined more slowly, while the level of P-selectin declined more faster, than those of common therapy. Conclusions Ozagrel treatment could accelerate the decline of P-selectin expression and decelerate the decline of PECAM-1 expression in ACI patients.
